2006 KAWASAKI NINJA 650R (MD 20886) $3400 - Craigslist Site

2006 Kawasaki Ninja 650r . It is a very good sport touring bike and also handles great on local twisties. It is in perfect mechanical condition. M3 Metzler tires are in excellent condition (only 1 full season on them). 12k miles on this bike. It has been lowered about 1 inch, but you can return it to stock height. It has an upgraded Motorwerks rear spring for better handling ($800), Leo Vince slip-on exhaust system great loud exhaust note ($600), Power Commander III for fuel management ($350), integrated rear light ($150), sports bars for better handling than stock and a sporty look ($250), targa rear fender ($300), targa seat cowl ($250), targa tidy tail kit ($100) and double bubble windscreen ($85), frame slider ($105). Bike will also come with original handle bars for a more upright ridding position and original rear spring and stock lights and rear. This bike was laid down on the left side. Damage was only cosmetic and I replaced all fairings with OEM plastics (original plastics from another 2006 ninja some small scratches on the right front fairing but not very visible, not the cheap chinese knock offs). Aside from a scratch on stator cover you would not even know. Test drives are welcome as long as you have a motorcycle license and I am holding $3400 (if you lay it down = you bought it of course). I'm selling my 2008 Rokon. Primo condition! They're 7k new. Mine has a little over 20 hours on the Kohler engine. The bike is very quiet and has a spark arrestor over the muffler/exhaust.

This is a two wheel drive mountain man's motorcycle. The rims are air tight and can store extra fuel or water. Or you can keep them empty for buoyancy when crossing water. I discovered this by accident once; I thought the pond I was going to cross was inches deep but turned out to be about 5 foot deep! The Rokon stalled but started right up (floating on it's left) and pulled me to the opposite side!

Whether you're a prepper, survivalist, mountain man, outdoorsy type (like me), you'll find this a pleasure to own. So why am I selling? I'm saving for a brand new one!

For Sale: 2000 Black Yamaha V Star 650 Classic. 22,000 miles. Comes with hard saddlebags (National Cycle Cruiseliner), windshield, luggage rack, Kuryakyn Twin Velocity Air Cleaner, crash bar, and highway pegs installed. Currently registered and on the road, title in my name.

Within the last year, I did the following maintenance to make it my daily driver

Replaced front tire, it was old and had little tread. The rear was younger and had lots of tread, so I installed a matching front.

Valve Adjustment

Full front brake rebuild, Stainless steel Spiegler Brake line, cailper/Master cylinder rebuild, and new pads.

Greased rear shaft

Installed AGM battery

Lubed/replaced damaged cables

Engine/Final Drive oil and filter changes

Cleaned/Rebuilt Fork and seals

The bike came with some aftermarket parts that I took back to stock. This includes a set of Cobra Drag pipes (really loud), back rest for the driver, and handlebar risers. I also have a stock intake with the stock jets, but didn't install them, as well as a Clymer Manual, and some reflectors/brackets that I bought as lot to replace some individual pieces.

The bike starts and runs great, with no problems. I've got other bikes and projects, and this one isn't getting ridden much. Power-wise, its great for a beginner (peak torque at 2500 rpm and flat until rev-limit makes it easy to drive), and has a low seat height, but it is heavy (500 lbs). Great cruiser for country roads.

It's registered for another year, so price is $3000 firm.

05 Honda VTR1000 Superhawk (Montgomery county) $1600 - Craigslist Home Page

I'm selling my 05 Honda VTR1000 superhawk with about 18XXX miles on it. Well maintained. Laid it down last October on the right side with mainly plastic damage done to it and a few other little things that will need to be replaced. I haven't really had the time to put it back together because I'm working a lot and I am also moving next weekend so I need to get rid of it ASAP.

Trying to get rid of as soon as possible because I am moving.

Tires are fairly new. Only about 1000 miles (maybe) on them. (about 80% on both) Diablo corsa 3's. Very grippy. Highly recommend sticking with these.

Aftermarket exhaust (not sure the brand) but very nice loud sound. Sounds like a Ducati due to the V-Twin motor

Also will be throwing in the stock exhaust in with the deal.

Recently changed breaks

Things that need to be replaced:

Farring kit (if wanted)

Right main holder (I have a pic ready on request) (about $56 and change)

Needs a new chain upon my mechanics advice.

Also have been having trouble with the starter. (Again, I haven't had time to look into it)

But will start right up and is rideable. I start it up about once every other week just to keep things fresh.

Will need fluids changed from sitting for so long. Was going to take it in for it's last maintanece but had my accident instead.

Also has a dent in the tank. Doesn't need to be replaced if you don't mind it being there.

Great project bike for people who know what they're doing. This V-twin bike is a very fast and powerful bike. Hate to get rid of it but I don't have the time to fix it myself. Email me and let me know if you have any questions.

This is a two wheel drive mountain man's motorcycle. The rims are air tight and can stored extra fuel or water. Or you can keep them empty for buoyancy when crossing water. I discovered this by accident once; I thought the pond I was going to cross was inches deep but turned out to be about 5 foot deep! The Rokon stalled but started right up (floating on it's left) and pulled me to the opposite side!

Teknic 2-piece Suit (size 48) (Silver Spring, MD) $300 - Craigslist Page

Hi, I'm selling this teknic 2-piece suit as it's not even close to my size (I wear a size 40).

The PO threw it in as part of the deal when I bought my DRZ, but I've only worn the jacket twice while taking the MSF course (No, I didn't go down - it's still fine ).

Based off looking at the suit and what the previous owner said, looks like he only wore the jacket - the pants look relatively unused and the knee-pucks don't look like they've ever dragged pavement.

I don't see any signs of crash damage or noticeable wear on either jacket or pants.

The suit is perforated on the lower back and has those stretchy-cloth panels along the inside of the arms and thighs.

I could not find anything wrong with this seat. It's my bike. The seat was never used.

The mounting studs and mount tongue are in good condition

The bottom of the seat at the crease where it rests when being stored has no scuffing from poor storage

There are no tears, scratches or scuffing

All the bumpers are there
